I went here for the first time.. it’s a grab and go place considering they don’t really have anywhere for you to sit at. I had the Hawaiian bbq chicken with fried rice. It would be nice if they cook the sauce with the chicken. The food wasn’t very hot but overall taste.. it was good.. the portion wasn’t the best and the bowl they place it in was hard to mix it up.

I’ve been here a couple of times and wasn’t blown away. The Chicken Katsu and Rice with spicy green beans was a bit bland, unfortunately. Also tried the Hawaiian barbecue, which was pretty good. I typically order at the store and sit outside in the courtyard to eat.

One of my clients recently told me about this place and I couldn’t wait to try it! I had the Hawaiian BBQ chicken with Cucumber Kim Chee and Mac Salad. Also a small side of Poke. It was delicious!! The Poke was nice generous chunks and immediately brought me back to my days living and working in Hawaii! Chicken was cooked perfectly and the marinade YUM! I recommend everyone to try them out! Large portions for the price! I will for sure be back!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Genuinely. While you’d miss it if you weren’t looking for it, this little Hawaiian joint tucked into a small corner of a large shopping center is worth going out of your way for. Shrimp tempura is generally one of my favorite foods, and this is now my favorite place to get shrimp tempura. The crunch was phenomenal. The sauce was perfectly balanced flavor wise, and the rice was cooked exactly how I like it. I added a side of the spicy green beans and when it was all said and done $15 (tip included) had me perfectly full, but with my mouth already watering at the promise of the next time I go. Please come check this place out. You will not regret it. Much love ❤️

This place was kinda expensive already, but it seems like they reduced the sizes of everything which makes it even more expensive. You get very little food now. I’m not sure I’ll go back. If the food was amazing it would be worth it but it’s just eh. Nice when I am craving Hawaiian but that’s about it.

Although tucked into a corner of western materialist hell, this little spartan ‘shoebox’ is an oasis, resembling the generally ethnic shops in the outer boroughs of NYC.
