Service quality can dip a bit when they’re particularly busy, but generally the service is pretty good too. Hey – you’re not getting a steak, but if you want a burger and fries quick? They’re among the best.

Everytime my brother is in town he MUST eat at Rush’s. The staff was very nice and joked around with us. The nice young lady came out and asked if we needed refills and got them for us. The food was made correctly and was very yummy. Of course we had to get ice cream and that was such a treat. Their ice cream is not broken like at the “other” place.

I would rate place a 0 if I could.. was there around 3 one of the cashiers refused to serve us so we had to wait for the other cashier to get done with her customer. Both who acted like they were in a bad mood and we’re too good to be there serving people. Kind of rude and disrespectful to us. Absolutely fell in love with this place until now. Now will probably never go to this location ever again. You really need to do some checks on these people that you hire to see if they even have a personality for a customer service job. And not just people that are there just get a paycheck at the end of the week, and could care less about anybody.

Great service, kind and Professional staff although I was shorted two wings out of four. Just didn’t think about checking order before leaving a Rush’s ! Don’t ever leave Captain D’s without checking and always are shorted at Two Notch Rd store .Always! Will be back to Rush’s because old habits are hard to break and the love of FRESH FOOD and quality consistency . Best Fast Food Resturant in town. Clean operation all the way around.

Fabulous food. Fast. That is the mantra of Rush’s and they do it exceptionally well. As far as fast food goes, you might find it a tad pricy. However, it will be delicious. The chili cheeseburger is easily the best thing on the menu. Their shakes are fantastic as well. The service is almost always quick, even when busy. If you see a Rush’s make sure to stop by and taste the wonder.

I received Horrible customer service from several young ladies: major attitudes and they should have been sent home. Extremely long wait at drive-thru. Food was mush by the time I got home — in the trash it went. Manager was no where in sight. I’ll stick with their competitor across the street from them. Now, I understand why their competitor is Always packed.

This was our first time eating at Rush’s. The fried chicken, cheese burger, & fries are good. Unfortunately, the sweet tea has an almost artificial sweetner after taste. The potato salad was okay, especially for a restaurant, but I would not order it again.

Stopped there to get Sunday dinner, the 12 piece, 2 sides, rolls, and 1/2 gallon of tea. The food was delicious as always. The only draw back is they do not give you enough fries for a family 12 piece. Everyone wants fries and it’s not enough to accomodate everyone adequately. They take a cup and figure that’s enough well it’s not, my husband could eat one with the little you get by himself and I chose fries as my 2 sides, that’s 2 orders of fries in the tray and we all had to share. PLEASE MORE FRIES NEEDED IN FAMILY MEAL, PLEASE.
