Went in this morning and my mom simply asked for a bagel with her coffee, and the women at the counter,was real rude and snippy, and told her ,”We don’t sell bagels at this location anymore as you can see.”Pointing to where they keep breakfast sandwiches, which my mom DIDN’T see.

Service was terrible! 3 staff behind the counter. One staff member just leaned on the counter and was just looking around. I think she was training, but she made no attempt to watch the other girl making the drinks. She just looked out over the line of people’s heads and stared into space looking bored. The 2nd girl also seemed newish but at least she was trying to learn how to make the drinks. The other girl was taking orders and then filling them. However she got the woman’s order ahead of me wrong 2 times and mine was wrong also. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and only one person was ahead of us and she only ordered 2 drinks. Service at this Starbucks is usually less than stellar, but today was definitely the worst visit yet. I will not go back to this one again.

The girls serve very slowly, to give me two refreshing dragonfruit mangoes it took more than 25 minutes, several people arrived after me and took their order a long time before me. When they have multiple people waiting for their order they take too long.

The lady recognized me and started to write my order of a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with 2 extra pumps of white chocolate, whip cream and hot on my cup, before I said anything. It was Delicious! I like going to this Starbucks at the Express Martin’s. The ladies and gentlemen are very nice! They always tell me to Have a nice day or evening. I like to call it My Starbucks!

This is not a true Starbucks so they don’t honor the same deals, rewards or features as freestanding Starbucks. There are a couple good employees here but for the most part the staff isn’t super friendly and energetic like normal Starbucks. Most of the food/drink is the same. The biggest problem with this location is how incredibly busy it gets. I think they could afford to open another Starbucks right across the street. Sometimes the line is out the door.

I’m not really a coffee drinker, I prefer Frappe over anything, as I can’t tolerate hot drinks, I don’t have the patience to wait and caffeine I don’t really indulge in. But every now and then I like to treat myself to a Mocha Frappe with extra sweet stuff in it and extra sweet stuff drizzled on the outside of the whipped cream When I went here it was as the lady who made the drinks was in a caffeinated rush mode I mean she wasn’t smiling her focus was on the drinks and she had mine made so quickly, she forgot all my extra sweet stuff so I told the cashier, who was very nice, and another younger girl made it, and done a great job, because she inquired with me before hand on what I was wanting it to taste like and what I wanted in it, so she could make it correct. That’s how #1 customer service is, you don’t just “assume” and do what you want as a barista, you ask if you’re not sure or have a special request!!

The Starbucks is located inside a Martin’s grocery store. the line is typically pretty long during the busy times of the day as one would expect. They do have a variety of menu items that you would find at a typical Starbucks. The nice thing about this Starbucks is that is located inside the Martin store so you can grab a Starbucks then get something from the Martins Deli if you’re not wanting to eat Starbucks fare.
