The incompetence at this McDonald’s is astounding. I ordered an iced coffee and they gave me a hot one. I told them I got it iced and the guy proceeded to grab a few ice cubes and throw it in the hot coffee. The top of my coffee is lukewarm and the bottom is still hot. That’s not how an iced caramel macchiato is made. Disgusting.

First as a manager at a restaurant I would have found this very inappropriate. Ladies you should already know your hair should be put up or wearing a hair net. Secondly I watch idk how many employees walk pass or the bags that were on the floor. I wouldn’t ever eat in this restaurant every again just seeing the stuff I seen today. Lastly I watch this guy in the picture put his hands down his pants not even wash his hands after and hand out someone food. I didn’t even wanna give a 1 star but had no other choice.

Clay List
My last two visits there have resulted in wait times of 35 and 45 minutes for my food. The staff offered no apology either time, nor did they offer to address this issue in any other way. During my most recent visit, they lost my order and thus, even though I had already paid on the app, I would’ve never received my food without complaining. If you have at least 1 hour to burn, this location is fine. But if you are truly looking for “fast food”, go somewhere else.

Isatu was super pleasant and kept the restaurant clean and stocked! She was kind to everyone who walked in and helped every customer that needed it from the kiosk to the app. Just amazing customer service and food was definitely better quality then DFW.

This is the best McDonald’s I have eaten at in quite some time. Prompt friendly service. The young man on the front counter was helpful and patient with the kids that were with me and didn’t rush them, even though they were very indecisive. The food order was accurate and freshly prepared.

It is understandable having a crisis for short staffing. Cheating, not acceptable. 40 min waiting in the drive thru line, for cold French fries. I ask for good ones, she says 5 min waiting. Some tome after I approached the counter inside to learn she just put my order on the warm area for 5 min to give me same cold fries. The issue is not short staff. The issue is lack of real management staff, poor staff selection. And worse of all, lack of dignity.
