Food is good. I’ve always ordered from and I tip decent! Delivery driver showed up, drove past me in a hurry, looked in window while I’m behind them yelling to get their attention. She sat my food on the bench outside and rushed off. I text her letting her know and she just replied “I sat it on the bench”. Can’t believe I tipped her. Lost me as a customer. I’ll definitely let my coworkers know to try another restaurant for better service

I completely understand being busy and that it’s hard to plan for. I called to inquire about the delay- I was told it was because they were out of tuna and my order had a tuna sandwich. It didn’t. I was told they left 13 minutes ago- which was 35 minutes after the tracker said they left. Told they tried calling, I didn’t have any missed calls. Was left in the middle of a public lobby.

Well. I ordered a couple of sandwiches from the freaky fast sandwich delivery place. Jimmy Johns. After an hour of waiting for my sandwich I called the restaurant and an employee told me they had been out to deliver my sandwich about 20 minutes ago. Then he was very short with me and just hung up the phone…..Now, still waiting for over an hour. convenient, they have you pay and tip ahead of time. Won’t be frequenting again any time soon. This is unacceptable.

Ordered 2 sandwiches at 1:15, order arrived at 2:00, 45 min is hardly freaky fast. It would have been nice to at least be notified that my order was running behind. To top it off, the bread I received on both sandwiches was not what I had ordered. Pretty frustrating.

i had an “interview” where they didn’t actually interview me, they just told me i’m hired on the spot so i filled out all this paperwork, and never got a real call back ?? i got 3 calls from some random number that never left any voicemails and i couldn’t call the number back without it going straight to “this number isn’t in service”

This location is super busy between walk ins and online orders but the staff does their very best to keep up. It’s a half hour before close and there’s still a stack of receipts with orders left to make with people continuing to walk in and they’re just keeping at it non-stop.
