Beware!!! They serve refrigerated refried spicy chicken strips that are literally sooo hard that he have the consistency of a piece of jerky. Went twice due to my rolls being tough and dry then I found a pinky finger sized chicken strip that was torn off of one of the other strips and when I went to eat with my family the strips were tough, not crispy and dried out on the inside. Highly disappointed, that was my one out to eat meal of the week and it was a let down. The manager was nice although from what my siblings said and he tried to make it right. I wish I can give a zero but I’m writing this review because this has happened way to often. I was in line in git my food at 10:50, they open at 10:30 so why was my 3 PC of chicken dried up in old. Smh I would love to get my freaking money back but had to be at work so I can’t go back. This makes me so mad because I’ve experienced this a few times an the last time I took it back but couldn’t this time. Smh I’m definitely reporting this to corporate because people pay their money and get served old food from yesterday is not right. In they can see this in still serve it. I will definitely be reporting this particular store.

Great customer service! Food speaks for itself and the tea is awesome! I forgot to order a drink one time and pulled up the window and the employee was extremely kind and understanding about it. She clarified if I got the meal it would be cheaper plus I got fries and a biscuit. I was impressed and it made it comparable to a chick fila experience.
