They clearly don’t protect their food from being opened by delivering drivers on UberEats. My driver stopped made a circle twice then ate my food. If there was the proper delivery tape that should have been used like it he week prior this wouldn’t have happened. Won’t be back.

I ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust Friday night to be delivered. This is our usual place for pizza and have never had problems before. This pizza’s crust was totally burnt. Two times in a row I asked for light cheese on the pizza for my children and they just can’t get it right and when I asked to speak with a manager about it, person in person, she had the most terrible attitude, fussing hollering, and she went to get another employee who did the same thing Kind of felt offended and threatened so I just left the pizza. I’m sooo upset! I had to order me and my children some pizza fir dinner long work Day. First off waited 1hour 30 mins for the tracker to say delivered , I checked my ring camera No delivery ever came so I went and stood outside maybe delivery was around the corner NOPE. I called the sore at 11:40pm and it just rung and Noone picked up , so I called customer service and stated take up 48 hours to handle case so right now I’m out of 42$ kids upset and no answers!

Second time ordering that my order was done wrong this time pizza must have just been thrown in box or dropped. Instead of getting one of there delivery guys they used door dash and lady called me then started to drive off after handing food to someone else then said that she didn’t have my order even though it was sitting beside her. She didn’t however have my 2 litter. After calling store to get money back for drink manager says that I’m calling the wrong store even though it was same direct number to the store as before.

I ordered my food at 7:04pm and here it is 10:09pm and I still don’t have my food I ordered. I have been calling the store since 8pm & nobody answers the phone nobody can tell me where my order is at nobody can tell me anything. I MEAN THEY LITERALLY TOOK MY MONEY & I HAVE NOTHING IN RETURN.
