Imagine paying $9 for a Taco Bell sized burrito. I love filibertos, When I lived in north Tucson, I’d eat it 3-4 times a week. But this location always gives serving sizes half of other locations, and I’m always getting the older tasting meat when I eat here also. If you’re looking for good Mexican food, it’s worth the drive to travel to a different location.

This place was really clean and well maintained. The salsa bar was full and the chips were freshly made. The entire meal was delicious, warm, and affordable. I did notice they were a little ungenerous with the carne asada in the $14 quesadilla but overall everything else was great.

Burritos were delicious . The gentleman who helped me at the drive-through was super nice . This was at 5:30 am. I accidentally gave him 2 20s, and he pointed it out. He could have easily kept it. In this day and age, this is rare. You definitely need to keep him around!

Ordered chicken tacos, the tortillas tasted old like it was pre-cooked and sitting out for a while. The rice had no seasoning, the lobby/eating area was hot, and you couldn’t even enjoy the food.

They charge you extra for items they don’t even give to you and then make it a hassle to get a refund on what was charged that they didn’t give you, when it was entirely their fault. Terrible customer service. They really didn’t care they messed up and wanted me to take my items back to get a refund. They could care less about ripping me off. I know it’s fast food, but come on…a business is a business. Take it serious. Will never go back and will be disputing the over charges through my bank.
