It looked like there were only 3 people working. The lady at the counter that took our order was very friendly. She acknowledged we were waiting for our order to be taken. She didn’t seemed frustrated or anything. She was very calm and polite. Most people that are short handed these days seem stressed out. She did not. Shout out to her and the way she handles herself. Because they were busy.

This Location just needs to close! The people working there are too concerned about everything else aside from doing their jobs. They cannot get orders right, wmare as slow as possible and apparently don’t understand English! The lack of concern for doing a very basic job is staggering! To have just one order line, they can’t even seem to keep that straight. The quality of this location has decreased so much over the last couple of years that it makes more sense to drive the extra 10 to 12 miles to another location to get what you actually order in a timely manner. Even driving to the next location takes less time to get your order and get the correct order.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, and I have been to quite a few subpar McDonald’s locations. I pick up deliveries through doordash from here frequently and have never received the order any less than 15 minutes after I have arrived, I’m usually standing in a group of many people that are most often being ignored after they’ve placed their order and are waiting for their food. I have ordered from here one time and the food that I received for myself with cold and not made correctly, when I called back about it they told me that I would have to bring the food back and have it replaced then and there, even after explaining to them that I was on the highway and could not just return. The location itself is usually not very clean or stocked so you have to ask for things like napkins and straws, but again you have to wait in the group of people that are being ignored in order to get any service. I feel like the only reason why they are still even in business is because it is a McDonald’s that is a location that is part of a Love’s gas station and they are on the highway so people don’t really have a choice as to what kind of service or what kind of product they get. I have tried to express my concerns with management during times of picking up deliveries but I’m always completely disregarded and it seems like nobody there really cares about what they are giving out to their customers, if you can wait to go to another McDonald’s it would benefit you the most to just pass this location up.

Got a drink and began drinking it. when i got to work i took the lid off going to add some sugar in my tea and saw a piece of ice with mold frozen inside it. i have a mold allergy so i’m thankful i noticed it before i drank the whole drink. that shows me this place is nasty, not clean, and definitely not sanitary. We as a family eat at this restaurant because it’s convenient to our home and just 1 of the 2 restaurants we have in Falkville. Every time we order they always manage to get something wrong. The food is hit or miss, it may be fresh and it may taste like it’s been sitting there for an hour. Today I went to grab us some dinner and 2 of my meals were bacon quarter pounders and they totally left off the bacon. This happens often. Then I had to practically rebuild my sandwich bc it was so sloppily put together. The fries tasted like they had been refried just to heat them up. I’m really starting to rethink the convenience of this McDonald’s and just start driving to the next town over.
