Food was decent but not up to par by any means. I tried entering the bathroom 3 times failing due to someone being in there only for the staff to lock the door. I kept going back to my table with my kids at it. The manager sat at a table that could see ours and him watching us was slightly creepy.

Very sweet staff!! My truck died at the pick-up window and two of the young staff came out and jumped the battery!! Above and beyond their duties!! Thankfully no-one was behind us!! They should be rewarded for helping an elderly couple!!! It could have been unfriendly and we would have had to call for someone to come help us. This way, had there been a line we wouldn’t have held them up by waiting for help, the young people were AWESOME!!!!!

Mariah carhop was friendly and courteous. Outside payment was not working and had to go inside to finish transaction. Came by at 11:40 am and the food was delicious. My son is a picky eater and he loved his kid meal cheeseburger. Finished 3/4 of his burger. Had the #1 fresh and delicious. Its not to often I can say that about Sonic however on this day 6-28-2023 spot on. Great job to the crew on food and Mariah.

Doordash has a schedule to pick up and deliver the food to “YOUR” customers! Dashers SHOULD NOT BE WAITING IN A LINE THATS IS WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDINGA THIS IS A PICK UP AND GO SERVICE! THE FOOD SHOULD BE READY BY THE PICK UP TIME ANYWAY! LATENESS IS BAD FOR BUSINESS AND UNACCEPTABLE! There needs to be a separate system so this dont happen, doordash is a delivery service contracted with your company, in this business time is money and we dont get paid to sit in a line. Paying customers already paid, GET IT TOGETHER!

Chicken popcorn was nasty tatsed old. Just more batter than chicken. Got ketchup not barbecue sauce that I was asked if I wanted sauce. Gift card payment was not accepted. I’m done with Sonic.
