Employees were just spaced out. Had to ask for fresh fries. They don’t try to communicate with you they just nod. Wearing tobboggings on their heads in the hot summer and nasty jeans. Not friendly at all. 2 guys working the day I went by. Never went back.

It took 30 mins to get 7 krystals. They had no chiks, no lids, out of just about everything and then after paying said it was going to be a long wait to get our 7 krystals. What an unbelievable joke. Could’ve drove to Hixson and got food, ate and been home in the amount of time it took at this location. Everyone that runs this location should be fired.

Today, I had to argue with the front desk that my order had been done and sitting on the shelf, they forced me to show a receipt after just taking my order IN THE STORE, the entire order was made wrong, despite stating the condiments that we wanted our food topped with, everyone working seemed just totally out of it like zombies, everyone working was obviously high and unable to communicate or function, I am highly disappointed in this locations lack of leadership. the uniqueness of this place is completely overshadowed by dope feens and incompetence. I won’t order from here again until I see a change. I hate leaving reviews but this is inexcusable and I am thoroughly disgusted by what I witnessed today.
