Love their food!! The pizza has a thick crust that is just right! The different options and toppings offer more variety than I expected from a food truck. When they are at Siluria, we make sure to be there for dinner!

Love their pizza it’s my second time order. This time ordered one and other half off as Bogo. I got the prince its sooo amaze! And their salad really fabulously. Worth of money yes it’s expensive but worth! Will keep order from them time to time when I go grab beer from Ghost Train.

This pizza was SO delicious! Our first time trying Detroit style pizza and it did not disappoint. We went with the Margherita, so not too many toppings to over power the delicious crust. Don’t let the size of it deceive you; 1 pizza was enough for 2 of us when we were both very hungry after a long day of travel.

Uncle G’s is the real deal! We used their order ahead option and picked it up and siluria brewery to enjoy it with some beers. I’ve never had Detroit style but I am a fan now. He had the cheese and it was so good!

If you have not visited them, please do yourself a favor and visit. The day I finally did, I had to come back (the same day within 2 hours)with others just to ensure I allowed them to take part in the goodness I experienced earlier. I didn’t order agin for myself (even though I could have ) I literally just wanted to watch them eat and experience what I just ate. I am not too big of a pizza fan, but being from Detroit, I had to give them a chance and not give up on pizza in Alabama. This place does not disappoint. They gained 5 new customers/fans from 3 different households that day.

Decided to try out Uncle G’s after seeing them on Instagram. We placed an order for the cheese pizza and veggie pizza with sauce on the side. Driving 30 mins out to Pelham was totally worth it. The owner was super nice and and had our pizza ready right on time. The pizza was hardy and delicious. I particularly really enjoyed the crust, and the cheese was my favorite. The sauce was really flavorful too! The only downside which is expected with pizza was that it was just a little greasy, but still SO good. Also the pizza warms over well the next day which is always a plus. I look forward to our next trip to Uncle G’s.
