This is my 1st time eating at this Popeyes and although customer service was good the packing of my food wasn’t. My chicken sandwich was not even wrapped up in foil. It was just thrown in the bag. I’ve ordered this sandwich before from other Popeyes and never have I experienced this.

On my first visit to Popeyes, I ordered a 5 piece order and ended up with stinky chicken, and after speaking with a manager, he said my order would be replaced fresh, and when I went to get the new chicken another manager would not honor the request by the first manager. Sad to say this was a very bad experience.

The service is pretty bad, they served me the wrong sandwich and it didn’t even come with the dressing or the pickles. Even without that the sandwich is still good but it could have been much better especially if they had any kind of decent customer service. I didn’t even bother correcting them or going back because I knew they wouldn’t care.

Went there for lunch and ordered the $4 good deal. I ordered the combo and that one comes with these tiny chicken strips, a small side, a biscuit, fries and a drink. Halfway through eating my meal I remembered that my combo should’ve come with fries and there were no fries included. The drive through clerk was not so friendly and didn’t say a single word apart from speaking out the total. The attached picture is of the box, it’s missing chicken strips since like I mentioned, I noticed the lack of fries halfway through the meal. Taste was good but lacking in serving size and the attention to detail. I would go again but would double check my order before leaving.

If you don’t have the app, get it! The rewards are awesome! The chicken is always great. Always crispy & never oily. The fries are good too. The chicken sandwich is one of the best. Recently tried the nuggets, I liked them. Overall the quality of food is excellent. The staff are very friendly.

Popeyes does a military discount of 20%. The lady gave an “open discount” instead of the Military Discount. It was 25 cents off instead of $2 off. It’s not that serious, but it just seemed like a spit in the face. 25 cents…? The customer service was not friendly or warm greetings, like other Popeyes I frequent. If i could give 0 star review i would. This store is the worst one. The staff is always in a bad mood, no common sense. Takes 30 minutes on an order and makes it wrong. Ordered a classic sandwich and they made it spicy with no pickles. Train your staff correctly. Forget about my fries, after they said it would take 3 minutes. This is my 3rd time going. I never complain about a restaurant. I’m always patient and understanding since I’ve worked at fast food before but this store is something else.
