This is a bottom of the barrel Chipotle. Very interesting since the other restaurants right around it in Annapolis are pretty upscale. We waited 40 minutes in a line that only had about 12 people in it. Members of the staff were visibly high and were working extremely slow. The guy manning the grill seemed on the verge of a mental breakdown, and when more people came into the restaurant he said loudly, “They are like roaches coming through the walls.” Not a great atmosphere.

Came in with friends and family and let me tell you it was a nightmare of an experience. First I get a bowl with rice she put the least amount of rice in my plate so I asked for extra rice and the look on her face was drastic. Then I get corn and I literally could count the amount she gave me. Of course I asked for extra. After I got everything we sat to eat. Then the rice was stale, my guacamole has huge chunks of avocado then my friend said his chicken and steak was dry. And her attitude, don’t get me started. Overall never come here

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. We did an online pickup order. It was 50 minutes late. Ordered a steak burrito with a lot of extras, but got a bowl of rice, cold chicken and lettuce (that’s it). I get they were busy, but it’s like they didn’t even try to get it right. They were so swamped they kicked the line out of the store and basically stopped taking walk in orders. Pretty sure the employee cutting one single chicken breast for ten minutes was high and the place was nasty filthy. Avoid this location.

Placed a mobile order from this location and PAID for extra meat and rice, got a burrito the size of a VALUE MENU TACO from t-bell. $14 for a burrito the size of half a soda can. DO NOT place a mobile order from this Chipotle becauseif you aren’t there to make sure they’re not ripping you off, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I’ve been in this establishment twice. Once was with coworkers (didn’t order) second, I ordered. Both times, the staff was very unwelcoming. They seem as though they don’t want to be there. I asked for extra guacamole and the girl scoops a quarter size more to add to the less than full initial scoop. If I have to pay extra , more than the $2.15 for guac, then so be it but give me what I asked for extra! And with less attitude, it’s not your money! The new Carne meat was hot, but chewy! Stringy

Store should be shutdown for orders smh they either do things half way or give you so little and ITS SLOPPY AND MESSY. the container is gross and napkins are nasty. SMH done with them never ever again. Why do I have to wipe down my order?????? Because it has food and guac all over it. Brown rice is not cooked right, it tastes like hard grains, rice is undercooked. NOTHING IS COOKED the beans are not cooked all the way taste hard . what is going on???? undercooked sloppy food. shut it down re-train and new management. The Employee culture is toxic and they don’t treat customers with any respect. We had an employer rudly speak to a friend of mine when he asked why they weren’t taking orders. Than he came outside and threatened violence against us. Clearly needs to be a mass firing off the current employees.

Originally one star but the guy name Tristan who maned the line 7:30pm on Monday 4/10 is the only reason ill go back to this chipotle. Great mood did everyhting right, and made the experince great. Give this dude a raise. Fresh breath of air at this location. My original 1 star review is below.
