Sat for 2 hours and 15 minutes with no food. Owner/manager finally came over and basically took no responsibility for service. Told us “it’s not that big of a deal, it’s only a meal.” I felt bad for the waitress who couldn’t have been nicer. We weren’t the only people to leave unhappy that night. Owner/manager needs to learn what it takes to properly run a restaurant.

After reading the reviews I really wanted to find somewhere else to eat. But the party I was with insisted on coming here. I ordered traditional wings in which the only way I could describe them was blubbery. The sauce was ok. Typical buffalo sauce. My wife had a quesadilla which she said was incredibly bland. One guy in our group said his burger was really good so one person was happy. The the wait staff and bar tender were all friendly and on top of things for the most part. The quality to price ratio of the food definitely needs to be improved though.

We were in town for 2 nights and we ate there both nights. Everything from the employees/owner to the food and drinks were so good. It’s a really fun atmosphere and a great family restaurant with something for everyone to choose from. They make their own BBQ sauces and have the best bread pudding. We will be going back for sure. Had a great time and would like to thank, Kevin and his awesome staff. Hard to find a good restaurant with good food and staff these days. Can’t wait to go back !! Worth the stop if you go through Alexandria.

A friend and I both ate here for our fist time last night. It was a great atmosphere. We both had pulled pork and it was really good. Prices were fair for a good barbeque joint, and the menu was pretty creative! They offer a Build your own s’more that comes with a little roaster to roast your marshmallows right at the table! How neat is that!? Good food, fairly priced, and we had a very nice server. I’d recommend it to anyone!

The resturant was almost empty when my party arrived. After being seated I was never given a menu. It took an hour for our food to come out of the kitchen and when it did, the waitress auctioned off each plate because she forgot who ordered what. Two plates had mixed up sides and there was no apology for the wait or for the mix up. To top it off, the server didn’t even seem to care about us or her job.

Had the ribeye. Worst experience I ever had. Salad was wilted, steak was 90 percent fat, sweet potato had a 1/4 cup of cinnamon, to the point you couldn’t eat it. Manager asked how everything was before we got anything. Never came back.I complained but didn’t get a break on the bill.
