Ate here after visiting the Whitney plantation. Food was great and Nathan’s service and conversation was excellent – a respectful and caring business owner out serving his patrons and earning business. Nathan cares about what he serves you. I had seafood and the others had the Bonnie burger, everything was good. Highly recommend eating here before or after your visit to the Whitney plantation.

This is the second time that I’ve been here. I came in 2019 after visiting oak Alley plantation. I came this year after visiting oak valley plantation again with my family. This place is absolutely delicious. The prices are good and the owner is a fantastic guy. I would highly recommend eating here anytime. I will definitely be back.

I asked what made Bonnie’s burger a signature burger. I was told it was made fresh, unlike everything else that’s cooked from frozen. Well, it didn’t taste like a fresh burger patty, nor was there anything signature about it. It’s a plain Jane burger. Sadly, for the cost of the meal, I would’ve enjoyed fast food better… which I refused to eat. The kitchen was receptive to the feedback, so let’s hope they’re food quality improves.

We stopped here after visiting Whitney plantation. The food was excellent; I recommend the onion rings. We enjoyed Nathan’s personable service and conversation. The staff at Whitney needs to know about this place and recommend it to visitors. We inquired about eating places as we left and they said none. Thank goodness for Google and Siri.
