Absolutely delicious!! This is a go to place, service is great and the food is fantastic!! Easy to get to in a big truck, just park at the circle k next door. Also, check out the Raw Root Juice trailer next to him (real fruit smoothies, great quality!!)

Stopped here for lunch on our way out to hike in Jemez. They have shrimp tacos on Friday and Saturday, but we were there Saturday afternoon and they were out of shrimp so go earlier if that’s what you want. We got a chicken quesadilla and steak burrito. The food did take a while but it was great food and the quesadilla was the best I’ve ever had, absolutely delicious. We live in town but really considering driving up to Bernalillo randomly just to eat here it was so good.
