Previous review was a 1 star because of a gross NY style but they got better. Ordered the 2 large special and had no issues, was really good like what you’d expect for $38.00. Hopefully this location can sustain quality pizzas. Im always adjusting reviews for places that get better or worse but so far this Papa Johns got better in a good way.

They used to be decent but now they are terrible! The ingredients are rarely fresh and the orders are very rarely correct. The last delivery order took over an hour to arrive at our home which is less than 3 miles away.

WORST Papa John’s location!! Ordered from them an HOUR AND A HALF AGO and just now got my pizza (the delivery time we got on the order was 35 minutes) . The Door Dash driver claims they got lost or had phone issues?? This is the SECOND time in a month I have had issues with my order from this location. We finally got our order and it’s barely warm. I tried calling the store FIVE TIMES and either nobody will answer the phone or you get disconnected. I will be demanding a refund as soon as someone answers the phone. Terrible customer service, needs to stop using Door Dash for delivery and ANSWER YOUR PHONE!! Get it together.

I don’t understand how this store is still open. It’s awful. Two hour delays, door dash picks up the orders whenever so your food is just sitting there. The app says delivered and it’s not here. Waiting on hold forever to talk to someone in the store. I don’t get it.

Completely unorganized. 12 people working. One cashier yet they have 2 registers. Out of the 12 people working only 7 actually working. The other 5 walking around talking. Even if picking up online orders you had to wait in line while everyone made orders. There was 7 people (2 customers and 5 drivers) waiting in line to pick up online orders. The manager wouldn’t do anything except put sticker seals on the boxes and yell at the customers to stand in one line and wait.

Worst Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. This was poorly cooked. It didn’t arrive hot even though I tracked that it had just left the store. There’s almost two full inches of edge or crust with no cheese or toppings. I had to recut every slice. It was delivered fast, but left at door with no knock or other notification.
