I had a single cheeseburger that I enjoyed. The patty was very thin so I would order a double burger on a 2nd visit. Stole fries off my guests plate which were flavored with seasoned salt. Not bad at all.

Tuesdays and Thursdays they have a great chicken special: Pollo con Papas for $8.00!! They also have very good hamburgers and other foods. They’re famous for their dish named “The D.U.I.”. Which is Asada Fries with Pastrami. On Mondays and Wednesdays they have Jr. hamburgers for $1.69!!

Worst Customer Service ever from the Employee Ana!! Went in today around 5:48pm and ordered chicken strip combo for my daughter and once getting home i notice that the chicken was not cooked right and was wet, raw and pressed on (see pictures for better reference) called right away and they still expect me to go back and take the food so they can re cook it instead of offering a fresh new order of chicken strips asked for the Manager and that he would not be back since his on “vacation” couldn’t even get a refund for the raw food and the employee Ana couldn’t even be professional and talk right she kept laughing like if it was a joke Poor Service!!!

Tried to buy the Jim’s breakfast with biscuit and gravy instead of toast. But the rude lady taking my order said no substitutions and wanted to charge me for a full order. I told her it says so right here that it’s 75¢ for biscuit and gravy. And she was just stuck on NO and NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Total rip-off ! So I went elsewhere. Won’t be coming back. Rude service and overpriced cheap food.

I’ll give it a 2 in service. Food is good because it’s being cooked by the Mexican dude in the kitchen.(I’m Mexican) What drove me away from being a long time customer is the extra charge for dressing!!!! If I order a burger and fries I need dressing to come with my fries, if I order a order of onion rings I expect a dressing with my onion rings, the lady says it’s extra .50cnts for dressing and of course I paid it, and I get It if it’s for extra dressing. No problem! The fact that she automatically said it’s extra was the tie breaker for me. Do better!
