Well if you have all day to waste this is the place for you, it took over an hour for them to make a very basic large pizza. This is the second time I have ordered from them, and because I like to give second chances, I ordered a second time from them. they had taken inexcusably long and the workers there are not very courteous and anyway.

Ordered pizza and wings and took an hour and a half and still not even here. Tried to call the restaurant and check the status and no one answered after ringing for 5 mins, I would have just drove there if they are incapable of hiring a competent delivery driver. This place is a complete joke. Can’t even get a hold of them

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here with the food and employees. Unfortunately, due to staff shortages, that is why the times are longer. Whitney was working today and is by herself, and one employee can’t do alot alone. If you’re looking for work or a side job, go see them they could use the help. Reviewed on 5/28/2023

Very disappointed with this pizza shop. My work isn’t far from their establishment and I’ve ordered a few times out of lack of knowing the area and where else I could get pizza from. Everytime there has been an issue with my order. This last time it took an hour to get my order and when I sat down to eat I discovered it was someone else’s. I called and told them I received the wrong pizza and they were super nice in ensuring me they would personally make the next one and get it out to me ASAP!! Well as I’m writing this review that was almost TWO hours ago. In fact the place that I work at is now closed and I’m sitting in my car waiting on my pizza that I ordered at 4:36 and the current time is 7:40!!! Really?? Mistakes happen but they should be dealt with first and swiftly, this was neither. It’s so hard to find anywhere that cares about its customers anymore!! Fellini’s most certainly does not care about its customers!!!

So when they first opened we ordered quite a bit. Then kinda took a break but recently started to get some of their speciality pizzas. All I can say is wow they are so good. We had a lot of friends and family over and nothing but great things were said. I highly recommend their Italian, dirty pie, fellinas pie, and meat pizzas.

Arrived here to pick up a DoorDash order. Was told it would be 15 minutes. Waited 20 before somebody finally asked me if I was waiting for a DoorDash order, then it turned out the order was neither correct or even finished. I had to cancel the delivery to avoid losing money missing out on other orders. The employees have no clue what the hell they are doing.

Placed a delivery order at 6 PM and it is currently 8:06 PM, we do not have our food yet. The lady who answered the phone was nice but could not provide us with an ETA for our food. We live maybe 2 miles from Fellini’s Jefferson Hills location and if I wasn’t sick I would of went to pick it up. The excuse was there was an accident on the road that is what is taking the driver so long, mind you there are probably half a dozen different ways to get to our house. From here out everyone I talk to will hear about this ordeal and I will highly recommend the West Mifflin Pizza Company.
