A very affordable and friendly Hawaiian comfort food place. Great place to grab a quick breakfast before heading out for a day of exploration.

Local family. Opens at 6 am. Normally peaople waiting @ 6, for very good reasons. Serves fresh made food that is possibly the best quality, best price hot breakfast in Hilo – ONLY TO GO. This place is slammed from six oclock on, they either close at 1 or when they run out of food, whatever comes first. — Many local Hawaiian folks who work hard and need to eat well, kick off here with a great to go. Take it and eat on the bay. — Eat by the peace, build your breakfast. Consistently my favorite breakfast place in Hilo to go.!!! 😉 Enjoy J

Soo good! Lots of great options at a good price. People working are very kind and patient if youre like me and unfamiliar with the items. Very good fried chicken, nori, croquette, spam musubi but pretty much everything I had was good, like a sampler. Arrived about 8 am and there was a line of about 3 people in front of me and it moved quickly. Food was packaged really well too. Will be back

Wanted to give 5 stars but not sure what is needed to achieve that. Food is good fast and very reasonable. Good to see bean sprouts as an item also. Not sure if vegetables portion size is fair for price. Great early morning 6am stop. Other vegetables choices were good today on a Friday. Staff is respectful courteous and good to customers. Glad to see no shirt policy enforced. No shirt no food is good thing. Keep looking forward to good breakfast.
