First off, the online ordering and kiosk pickup is wonderful. I ordered the food and requested a future time. When I arrived I went in to the lobby, scanned my barcode on the kiosk and boom; the door opened and there was order, hot and ready. I was in and out in less than 30 seconds. Sure beats waiting in a line and hanging out in waiting for your food to be prepared. Many places could enhance their customer experience by using this model for pickup of online orders.

The so called manager was very rude. Ignored me, when I asked if he was deaf (which yes, was not the kindest question but after asking 3 times about an order and getting ignored; I was frustrated) he proceeded to cuss me out and ban me from this location. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and was completely shocked to be spoken to this way.. There were kids in the lobby as well. This man has the worst customer service skills and deserves to be fired. Claims to be named Brent but another review with his picture claimed his name was Patrick. Whatever his name is he is completely unprofessional.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Ordered on the little Ceasars app, got the wrong pizzas. Not the end of the world as long as they can make it right. It happens. But when we tried to call, we couldn’t get them on the line. They stated that because of staffing, they cannot take orders over the phone. Also not the end of the world l. Drove down and requested the right pizza and if they can refund the delivery fee and service fee for the I effort because it was not delivered and I could not get service. This is when the employee interrupts me and starts raising his voice saying that is between Doordash and I and there was nothing they can do. Either he can give me the right pizza or they can discuss it with the boss at a later date and no pizza. No responsibility, no apology.

Not my first choice of Little Caesars to visit, but closest at the time. Seldom do they have Hot & Ready pizzas actually ready. A restaurant should know it’s busy times and prepare for them. That’s just good management.
