I haven’t ordered from this location in almost 10 months and it’s still the same BS. No utensils for the chili or potato. I did not order onions for my chili but it was filled with them. They also did not include my chocolate chip cookie. $30.00 for a DoorDash order and I didn’t get what I paid for. These employees need to go. Seriously. Previous review: My burger was cold. The fries were so cold, the cheese couldn’t even melt. Old chicken nuggets + cold chili + burnt chocolate chip cookies = incompetent help.

BEWARE!!!!! The worst experience you could ever have in a fast food, a fly inside a salad. Didnt call the same day because it was late. Went the next day with the salad and ask to speak with the supervisor and she aaid that she didnt have time at the moment, that she was busy. When I showed her the salad, she was like, dont worry, do you have the receipt with you for a refund? LIKE IF A REFUND WOULD MAKE THIS EXPERIENCE WORTH IT.

Consistent, poor experience. Long wait times, incorrect orders, cold food, refusal to fix issues with orders (missing/incorrect items), rude staff. I have had to contact corporate multiple times to obtain a refund for incorrect food — or worse, for waiting over 20 minutes for a mobile order and not receiving my food at all, then being refused a refund — the drive-thru line in front of me was only one car. I will find somewhere else to go on my lunch break from now on to avoid this mess.
