I went to this location about an hour before they closed. While I stood at the register waiting to order there were about 5 teenagers just standing in the back talking. They looked at me and just continued on. I stood there for a good 5min before the girl decided to come take my order. I ordered the pretzel Pepperoni pizza and made it VERY clear that I did not want any salt on it. I repeated this 3x and when the girl gave the order to the guy in the back she didn’t mention it so I said it again, “no salt, please make sure there’s no salt”. She said she would make sure they didn’t put any on. She told me it’d take 10min and when I came back 15min later it still wasn’t ready. This time a different girl apologized and said it’d be just a couple more minutes and that they’d bring it out to my car. I waited another 20min before going back in and they were just putting it in the box. The pizza was over cooked and there was salt!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at Little Caesars.

Got an email low price low price for Denver got an email for a $8.99 thin crust pepperoni and sausage large pizza. Went down to the store and even though the email said in the store online or on the app they refused to honor it the manager actually came out from behind the cooking area and started yelling at me with people in the lobby said he doesn’t honor that coupon don’t recommend using these guys at all

Thrilled that the pretzel crust is back! They need to put it on the menu permanently!! This location however has a few issues. The parking here is woefully inadequate to put it mildly. You’re fine if you and a very small handful of people are picking up, but if it’s dinner time you’d be doing far better to order for delivery (bear in mind that there are items you cannot order on the website, like garlic parmesan wings). What precious few parking spaces they have are not marked. The ones at the very front of the might have been once but it is very faded. The spaces farther out are a vague suggestion, with some folks parking in a way that partially blocked the ingress from the streets. The workers are nice but they get frazzled and make mistakes – the order for a cheese-stuffed pretzel crust got put in as a pretzel crust cheese pizza, for example.

I just picked up 2 pizzas 1-pretzel pizza and 1-pepperoni pizza, after driving 15 min home only to found out the the pretzel pizza has regular sauce instead of the cheesy sauce that comes with it. I tried calling before hand to place a pick-up order because In the past they don’t ever have hot and ready when I go in, but the phone just rang me to voice mail. After getting home excited to dig into this delicious pretzel cheesy pizza only to get a red sauced pizza with pretzel crust. It was disappointing because ive been waiting for this pretzel pizza to come back and the first pizza I ordered it, it was wrong but to top it off I tried to called a few times to the store to make a customer complaint but no one answered. It’s just what’s the point of a business having a phone number to call when no one in the whole store can’t take a couple seconds to answer the phone. That’s why I’m giving a 1 star ⭐ . This place is hopping! But they need management help. Ordered on line. Got there 20 minutes later. App said it’s in the oven now. When the attendant finally asked me my name, could not find my order and yells at cook to make one. . wait another 15 minutes… Don’t think it was cooked all the way… Had to finish it at home…..

I like to think I run to my local pizza joint and grab some dinner in a pinch after a long day! Wipe that desire out of your thoughts in Auburn! They wouldn’t let you order online at 8:25, so we got in the car, arrived at 8:45 and they are counting the till and still wouldn’t make a pizza. I went and asked for the managers number and I was quickly baked 2 blah blah pepperoni cardboard boxes.. so they were satisfied with taking in $18, opposed to $47 for a Detroit, a Hawaiian, cheesy bread, and soda!! Bet that owner wouldn’t love to hear that!!

The WORST Little Caesars I’ve been too. I spent $70 on pizza, wings & breadsticks. The quality was disappointing & disgusting. I’m ONLY giving this 1 star because i don’t have any other option but I’m really giving them ZERO stars. The chicken wings were bad, tasted under cooked & the toppings on the pizzas were over baked/burnt. The pizza itself was dry, hardly any pizza sauce & tasteless. Waste of my time & money. The guys in the back who are dealing with the food are NOT wearing gloves. Never again.

The cashier left us for about 5 minutes, appearing to chat with his friends in the back. Then, after waiting half an hour for our pizza (it was busy, so I understand the wait), we get home to find that they gave us a veggie pizza instead of Canadian bacon and black olives. My dad ate the pizza, but my brother was very upset. Bad idea to go in early summer when they are hiring a lot of high school students during summer break.
