A genuine hole in the wall with a great steak and salad bar. Probably as close as you’re going to get to a genuine cowboy saloon with a cast of drunk characters at the bar and an assortment of local ranchers, sportsmen and families. What would you expect in the middle of nowhere. Great food though! You won’t be disappointed in the ribeye.
