Horrible, we ordered a 20 tender meal, a number 1, 2 pc of chicken only and a gallon of sweet tea and we got soggy cold tenders and didn’t even get all 20 got 16, the chicken was soggy and cold and the tea was watered down to the point it was just nasty. We spent 75 dollars for that and was told there was nothing they could do about it unless I brought the chicken back. Mind you we live 30 miles away. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the mashed potatoes were also cold. For 75 bucks I would definitely expect better food than that or definitely better service. Go to Lisa’s they are half the price and their food is hot and tasty!!!!

Thank you guys for being wonderful. I have never encountered a rude employee here. Even when it’s late and we have ordered a family meal, if there was no chicken they dropped it for us! The chicken is always warm, moist and never dry or old!! Popeyes should come learn a thing or two from y’all!!

I went to the drive thru and got a snack pack well it’s supposed to come with like 2 tenders it came with like one tender not ever big enough for my 3 year old to eat! The smallest tender I’ve seen don’t think they was cooked all that great either but they could definitely do better

I went through the drive-thru but the drive-thru worker was very rude to me. I understand it’s hot outside but don’t be rude to your customers. I do talk fast, but I’ve only ever had to repeat myself once . I had to repeat myself about six times to this her. And once I got to the window I realized why she was carrying on a conversation with somebody else and not listening to what I was saying.

Well, we won’t be back there again, we came around 8-9pm. 06/01/2023 ,.ordered #25 tenders , and 2. Teas we waited for the 13 mins for the chicken to cook the girl that took the order got it wrong 3 different times then still didn’t have heri mind on her job when we got to the window and … Didn’t have our other side order , these people other than the cook just don’t care ..they seem to have their teenage mind on just standing around making money ., And we called as soon as we found the receipt like 2 days later… Well we had a lot to feed at least count the tenders there may be a reason we ordered $58 . Worth of chicken we will go to Kentucky next time. ” This was a test for catering for another business meeting party ..no thank you !!

Please check your drinks. My son took the lid off his drink and there was a dead fly in his sweet tea. I called the store the girl tells me they will give another drink. Uh not so much. Then she says I can refund you back for the drink like really. No more going to this location

I’ve been seeing reviews, people leave the drive thru with missing items. That almost happened to me… but I always double check and a whole meal was missing. Told the lady there I didn’t get what I order but she seem new or very unprofessional, she didn’t say a work. Waited about 10 min with a long line behind us, miscommunication between coworkers I guess. Then getting our food she yells that we wanted “free food” . Very rude.
