I once found about a dozen flies in my wings. They didn’t take responsibility, just gave me a burger, which I did not eat. I wasn’t going to post about this but I figured since they never called me back for a job posting, this would even out the score. I have photos also but I won’t be posting them cause I simply don’t want to look for them among all my pictures but rest assured that any denial from the company or staff will result of ultra 4K video of my flies with wings. First of all, Patricia was fabulous!! I had a large lunch order for work and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was correct while I was ordering over the phone. When I arrived, I was met with Patricias smiling face and everything was ready to go. The burgers were delicious, the onion rings were crispy and there were no mistakes! I ordered for a pickup, first the employee who took my order was incredibly rude. So customer service was not present at all. Once I got my order, which was 6 piece boneless wings. I was asked for what kind of sauce I wanted, I said ranch. When I got home, I recieved NO sauce & no veggies. It states that all wings come with carrots & celery. I was a bit disappointed because wings without ranch is a disgrace! Then to top it off 2 out of my wings were just complete breading no chicken at all! Huge disappointment! This location is horrible! Don’t come here for wings at least & check your order before you leave.

We just finished our FANTASTIC chili burgers. Our order was perfect, and the customer service was superb!!! The lady who took my order (I wish I’d gotten her name) was very friendly, and even labeled our burgers “his” and “hers” after I joked about my husband being super picky. 😉 It was a very thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed! We drive to this location from Ladera Heights even though there’s one right here (it’s horrible!). The La Cienega & Jefferson Fatburger is worth extra drive, and it’s the best!!!

The location was ducked off in a shopping center so I had to go in a few circles but I found it! The food was amazing – well the chicken was what I expected being that it is a burger place. The burger was amazing and I love that they offer steak fries. I also love the painting on the wall. I would for sure go back to this location !!!!
