We called this place a few minutes before they closed. Not only did they call us back, but told us if we wanted to come they’d wait for us. Upon arrival, the owner made us feel very welcomed and walked us through the whole menu, and had even previously assisted us in getting good parking.

Not sure how this place got to 4.5 stars… But here’s a picture of a BLT that costs about $14…. (no chips, no pickle, a few pieces of bacon. Disappointing sandwich.

This place used to be a great salad and sandwich spot. With the advent of Covid, the salad bar was discontinued and has not been reinstated which is a real shame because it was a great fresh salad bar. Now, you can only get prepared salads and sandwiches. There are fewer tables inside as they are continuing to use Covid spacing for tables. The outside tables are gone. The water station is gone so you were forced to buy bottled water if you don’t want a soft drink and drink selections are minimal. Sandwiches are small. You can get the same thing at Publix for half the price and twice the size.

I have been to the salad spot three times and I absolutely love it. The food is super, super healthy and I always feel much better after eating there. It is a bit pricy, but you are paying for quality and it is totally worth it for me. The owner is super nice and he is there all day always helping customers navigate their way through the extensive salad bar and other options they have and is always open to answering questions. One day I went early after my class and not all the lunch selections were out yet. I asked if the potato salad was coming out soon and they made it next, a special batch so I could have some before I left, it was so generous!! And it was so yummy!
