I’m giving this location an 1 star because of the manager she is not friendly she new greets you with an good morning or have a nice day or thank you for coming! All the other associates are friendly and very welcoming. They are the only reason I come back to this location! My co-workers that stops at this location in the morning has the same option about this manager! She needs training on how to treat her customers.

I don’t know their names but every time I’ve done drive thru in the past few months the morning crew has always been so kind for the ungodly hours i get there, they helped me remember wth a “crewler”(not a clue how it’s spelled) was called and have always given my orders fresh and answered any questions i have perfectly. The girl with the dyed hair and fun makeup especially makes my morning! The old morning crew used to have a line lasting 15-30 mins and once forgot about me for about 30 minutes until I said something.. needless to say I hadn’t been back in a while and was very pleasantly surprised about how much it has changed! 🙂

Maggie is the best! I’m here on vacation and come in every morning and she knows how I want my drink every time ! That’s amazing when someone remembers your order after the second time ! She even goes out her way to make my drink just to make sure it doesn’t get messed up. She is amazing and needs A raise !! She is smiling when I see her she’s respectful an just all out positive thank you Maggie for A great experience!

Stopped by around 7 this morning, probably 15 cars in drive thru and they were just knocking them orders out. I’ve NEVER seen a line that long and still get my drink that fast. I haven’t waited for my drink at this location yet. This crew deserves a raise!

I think Dunkin’ has lost their position in the donut world. Super small donuts anymore with no flavor. Consistency is more like bread than what they used to be. Seems they’ve cut back on sugar and filling and the “glaze” is non-existent. I threw 5 of my dozen in the trash. I’ve had better donuts in the little 6-pack wrapper at the convenience store. So sad! This opinion is over 3 different stores so this is a corporate issue, not an issue with just this store.
