Went here and saw they had a 2 for 7 deal on the roast beef and cheddar. Asked if I could get everything the same, just the cheddar and arbys sauce on the side or not on it. The lady proceeded to tell me that they can’t do that because it would be a classic roast beef, and that they would be losing money because of it. Literally one of the most ignorant things I think I have heard someone speak. You are A: saving the cheese sauce and arbys sauce for someone who actually wants it, B: still using the same exact ingredients, and C: making more money because people would actually come here to buy sandwiches, which I definitely did not do today. Dont think I will be returning to this one, the arbys north of 90th and maple actually wants to serve the customer.

We ordered French dip no cheese and a Mac n cheese. We drove off and found 2 Buffalo items no French dip no aujuice and mac n cheese was cold. Drove back and took Buffalo sandwiches back and re ordered the French dip minus cheese and left again this time they put cheese on it. No napkins. Horrible experience!
