The breakfast is really good, the staff is the best part of the restaurant ! They’re super friendly and very helpful. I’ve been coming for the last month every morning for breakfast and the girl who takes my order is the best. She knows my order by heart and by far has the best customer service! When I remember her name I will add it because she deserves praise!

First time trying this place. I give 3 stars because the food was just ok the portion size was way too small. $15 for a bite of a sandwich and 3 spoonfuls of soup. Customer service was great!

Sylena is great, we come here 2-3x a week for a quick lunch & she is always the smiling face to greet us & ask how our day is going. She always makes her way around the dining area to check on the tables, great hospitality & food too.

We went here for dinner. We arrived at 5:20 ordered our food to dine in. They brought us our food in a bag and said we couldn’t dine in because they were closing at 6:00. When we got home my French dip didn’t have any au jus. We didn’t get the sides we ordered. This is the worst run restaurant in Germantown.

Wonderful food and options, but this location in particular is unreliable when it comes to quality. Some days I’ll have the greatest sandwich I’ve tasted and others it won’t be as good and they will be out of a lot of options.

I have been here many, many times. I have a family member that lives in Memphis and had liked this place over the years very highly. I think it’s high very priced for what you get! $30.00 for two sandwiches you could make at home for $2.00. Granted we went THERE and didn’t eat at HOME. It’s called capitalism but, for me, I would never step for in it again.

I absolutely adore this place for a quick meal. It has a casual home style feel. The workers are always friendly and in the 5 years of dining here I have not once had my order incorrect. That says a lot. I am partial to the pimento cheese, and their is always a devious sweet somewhere near by. Holiday Deli and Ham may be a household name when it comes to the holidays but don’t forget it year round.
