We arrived just before 9pm and ordered 3 baked potatoes. They said they didn’t have any. We asked how long and they said it would take an hour. In other words, they just didn’t feel like doing what they get paid to do, as Wendy’s baked potatoes only take 20 minutes. There was literally no one else in the drive thru. That’s unusual. We usually go to Wendy’s on our girl trips for a late night snack and they are always busy. This one isn’t busy probably because they just decide not to make and serve the food. The employee was lazy and a liar. Will not be back. The owner better check to see why his Wendy’s is the only one not busy. We left and went to one 3 miles away and the line was wrapped around the building and yet they gladly made our potatoes!

This place lists as open till 1am… you know what I found there? Brandon, a 1 man wrecking crew, who had to operate, bill, cook, supply, represent (like a champ) …. by himself. While owners slept, he kept their investments safe. I have a MBA/MA and when I realized he was by HIMSELF (while I waited for food for 30 min) I thought he must be the owner… then I called the store… guess who PICKED UP?!?!?! (People still answer phones???) BRANDON… and I told him how awesome he was, and how he would probably never get the recognition he deserves. I hope I encouraged him to rise above petty raises, and realize his own potential to own and operate his own business.

Stopped in around 1 on a Sunday. No wait. Food came out very fast. Staff was nice and place was clean. The pic on google is outdated. The entire building is renovated and modernized. Only negative was the coke machine was tapped and spitting out foam and no one was really working to fix it.

On two occasions visited the Wendy’s on Nursery road near BWI. Dine in and carry out. Had doubles with cheese, fries, and chocolate frosties. Frosty is the best shake made by any chain. Doubles were good, restaurant is clean.

Took 20 minutes to get a #6. I believe they were very short staffed but if you hope to get out quickly at lunch this is not the place. The lady at the register was quiet and hard to understand. She didn’t call out orders when they were ready but placed a bag on the counter so everyone is pawing through the bags to see if it is theirs.

Just your old fashioned Wendy’s, which hasn’t been remodelled to the new look. So sports a bit drab worn out look. Just think of it as Wendy’s of yesteryear. Service is signature Wendy’s slow. (Sometimes a remodel comes with faster service, but this is the slow service you know and hate.) Employees do spent their time playing with their phones, so one wonders about cross contamination a bit.
