Wait time is long. I waited over 25mins to get my order and it wasn’t even that big or busy. The staff is VERY RUDE! My son wanted some water while we waited so I told him to ask one of the staffs. He patiently stood at by the pickup counter for at least 10 mins and even though multiple staff passed by, no one acknowledged him or asked if he needed assistance.

Not only was my order not fulfilled but also the employee said I would not be able to get my money back until the next day. This McDonald’s is having very low staff.They always have wrong orders drive thru and customer most of the time goes inside .For pick up orders it’s long wait times and even sometimes they never ask you why you waiting and for what type of order you have.They have to improve their services.

this place has slow workers also along with bad customer service. recently i ordered some cookies and they didn’t give it to me. also for the ice coffee i asked for 2 extra shots of syrup and all they gave me was 1; the ice coffee was dark brown and was really bitter!!! who can deal with this kind of bad service. this is not the first time they make the food like this to me. its happened a couple of time and i decided not to say anything, but not this time because who wants to pay a lot of money every time and end up with the orders that don’t even taste right or didn’t received what i ordered! if you guys cant get the workers to make the food and the drinks taste a lot better next time, i prefer more training for them to be faster and be clear on what they are doing!! i know its not just me that deals with this kind of bad service!! many had but doesn’t write about it because they are trying to be polite but not me because i’m done dealing with this!
