I ordered CHICKEN I explained in allergic to fish. Cooking in grease doesn’t affect me. I’m driving back to work and 2nd piece I pulled out and bite was FISH. I would have went back but traffic, and my attitude towards such stupid people that don’t know the difference between fish and chicken won’t end well. I’m 51 and I’ve ate LJS all my life in 4 different states. This is the 2nd time.

This pig slop was beyond a disappointment. The sack nasties I consumed had to be far worse than ANY rations my nephew devoured while serving time in Qatar. Imagine serving PAYING CUSTOMERS worse chow than the military can scrape together to feed our soldiers. Even the camel spider my nephew tamed as a companion would turn his nose up at this commissariat and regurgitate for being in the presence. HOOAH

I went through the drive-through because the inside was closed made my order they forgot to give me the shrimp I ordered had to go through the drive through again like 5 cars not exaggerating in front finally got to the window by that time my fish and everything else I ordered was cold I asked if I could have some fresh food I was told no so I asked for the manager I’m not someone who does this at all the girl said I’m the manager I said you forgot my shrimp so I had to get back in line so its not like it’s my fault my food got cold she said well its not my fault either OK but you were working the window you didn’t check the bag before giving it to me needless to say I’ve never been back and will never go back someone needs to teach that manager some communication skills she hands down was the dumbest person I’ve ever spoken with.

Felt sorry for the employees. They seemed to be trying to do their best. The corporation and management is lacking in training and leadership as well as pay. The store is very unclean as well as the staffs uniforms. Just because you may be understaffed like most companies that don’t pay a fair wage, doesn’t mean that you let your establishment become unhealthy and untrained in costumer service. Your whole business is health safety and customer service to provide a great meal to its guests. Without that there is nothing. My suggestion is to close for a couple of weeks, regroup, compensate your employees with fair wages while training in health codes and effective customer service. Then open again with a big sale on fish and regain the trust and loyalty of the longterm guests who made your brand what it should be today. I pray that the LORD guides you for great success.
