Great burger place. I think a full meal is going to cost you around $20. I walked in and was greeted cheerfully by the staff. They were patient while I was deciding on my toppings. Burger (bacon burger, no cheese) came out quickly, exactly as ordered. The bun was soft and delicious, nice toasting on the inside. Fries… were amazing and came in a very generous serving. Very pleasant and clean inside. My belly was full and very happy.

Alright, this one was surprising. I’ve always heard that five guys is a great place, more than great, if anything—perfection. I hadn’t been here since I was a kid so I forgot everything, and after about 20 seconds of me looking at the menu (no line behind me) the cook yells “are you getting just shakes? Or what? A hotdog? What are you getting?” Then, the cashier looks at me and says “are you ordering burgers?” 1 or 2 patty’s?” Like I don’t know I’ve just barely got here, hold on two seconds . I was very rushed for no reason. But whatever, that’s not mainly why I rated 2 stars. Mostly it’s because of the price you pay for a burger (I got a bacon cheeseburger) which is about $12, compared to the quality of the food. I’d say the burger tasted the same as a simple sonic cheese burger, and the bacon was so over cooked (In my opinion) that it tasted like crunchy store bought salad bacon bites. The patty itself was good though, and not greasy. The burger isn’t bad, but it’s definitely not worth $12. The most id ever pay for that same burger again is $6, maybe. I also got a peanut butter shake and seasoned fries. The fries were great, although a little over seasoned (some fries were literally powdered in the seasoning and I’d inhale it like powdered sugar and choke hahah). The shake was delicious, very tasty.

As an Uber Eats driver, I highly recommend Five Guys. The staff are super friendly and speedy any time of day. My food was fresh, hot, and made with quality ingredients to exactly the way I wanted it. The portions are huge, which is good because you should expect to spend no less than $12/person. I do not understand why there’s no combo options.

Personal choice kind of thing…I personally like 5 Guys generally but not overwhelmingly. The review is my personal choice. Service at this location is perhaps a little more relaxed than other larger city locations. Make your own choice, but no reason to avoid it.

Come to the Redding location if you like fries so salted that you can’t even eat them. Maybe a marine mammal could appreciate the amount of salt. This place is expensive and can’t seem to get the fries right. They are often too greasy as well. They are french fries it’s not that hard.

Beautiful burger place with great service. The burgers are a mess and a half though. The burger is really tasty. But so juicy you better eat it quick if you don’t want soggy buns. Besides that I think this place is amazing and you people are way too hard on it for them being fast food

I just left five guys and all I ordered was French frys a drink and a burger it took them so long to make my order I was the only person in there when I finally got my order I opened my bag and the frys were just dumped in the bag nothing to hold them except for a small cup that looked like a scooper I opened my burger and it was a total mess everything was falling out of it the whole entire bun ripped in half I barely even ate it wasn’t even that good when I first walked in though was a worker off the clock standing by the register just talking to other employees and no one helped us for a bit they argued about who should help us once someone helped us i stood around after my order was taken I watched someone throw a bun on the ground and sit on the ground it seemed to me everyone was just messing around

The burger is always juicy, never dry. And you can add approximately 10 items for free. There’s a bunch of other items that you pay for if you want to add them. Just like the burger, the fries are made fresh when you order so they’re good and hot and always taste great.
