Prices advertised on products not the same price at the register… When something is said to the cashier… The reply was “don’t be a Karen”… All I want is if it says two for $4. I don’t want to get up to the register and be told that my total is $4.98… I will definitely drive the quarter of a mile farther and go to the U-Stop from now on…

Please fix the gas pumps. The last 3 times I have been here one time card at the pump was non functional, once several pumps were bagged, and this time the receipt at the pump did not work. This is becoming a systemic problem at MANY Casey’s locations, and while I like your store if I have a hassle everytime I need fuel, I will go elsewhere. Thank you.

I enjoy stopping by this location, but today while I was checking out, I didn’t care for the lady ringing me out while tipping her head back and emptying a bag of chips in her mouth and then talking to me. She was pleasant but don’t talk with your mouth full. Maybe don’t eat at all while running the register. To me it’s not polite. I still like the location but maybe too relaxed.

My late night experience with the cashier was not pleasant at all. I walked over to the Casey’s around 2:00 this morning I had a couple scratch tickets that I wanted to turn in the cashier seem to be disturbed by me entering the store. knowing that the lottery machines close down between 3:00 and 5:00 I had asked to cash the ticket that I had & was informed that the machine is down and that they would not be able to. I politely had stated that the machines close down between 3 and 5. Reacting again is if I’m disrupting something they took the ticket and checked it and yes the machine was still up. I’ve been in the store previously about a half hour prior and bought a $3 ticket. I had asked the cashier for the $3 jollier jackpot ticket was told they were out. Now unless someone came in and purchased 50 tickets within 30 minutes I believe the statement to not be true.
