So, I normally go downtown when I’m visiting Anderson, but today I thought I’d see if I could find somewhere that has a better menu than what I normally see in the South. Eggs Up had a Crab Benedict and a Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito, which is not a usual offering, so I went. I asked the waitress which she would eat and she said the Benedict. I should have gotten the burrito.

Well this Birthday brunch was from a different spot than our usual tradition. Eggs Up Grill did a great job in taking care of us today. The service was awesome and the omelettes and French toast were tasty as well! If you’re in the area be sure to go by and try them out. The menu has a great variety of choices. We will have to return to try something different. Nice job Eggs Up Grill!

Busy place, didn’t mind the wait for good food. We ordered biscuits and gravy, so that we would get our food quickly. But the people behind us who ordered omelettes and big spreads, got there food before we did. We saw our server once, and watched every one who came after us get their food, eat, and leave. When we did get our food, it was two cold biscuits, with cold gravy. We had about one tablespoon of gravy a piece. (See pictures) two hours of waiting for horrible food. I would not recommend going here. And note, this was on a Wednesday. Horrible service, Horrible food. And $20 for two biscuits and a tablespoon of gravy.

Can’t believe no one has reviewed Eggs Up Grill. Been a few times, sure it’s busy, cause it’s good. Great menu, lots of options, great atmosphere. Gotta get there early cause it does fill up, especially on Sundays (church rush). Heard they’re a little short on the kitchen staff recently so may have to wait for your food a little longer than usual but like I said, it’s worth it if you’ve got nowhere to be.
