I had possibly the worst attempt at a hamburger steak plate ever. The patties were bland with no seasoning and I think brought in already made. What’s so hard about making them from scratch? And the gravy was atrocious with no flavor whatsoever. The Mac salad was just noodle and mayo. I’ve had the chopped steak and the chili plates on previous visits and was not impressed at all. This place is a disgrace to the Rainbow Drive-In name because I love the kapahulu one. I do t think these guys are following the same playback. They need help.

Worst loco moco I’ve had (I’ve had a lot of loco moco). No flavor. Hamburg patties looked like the regular patties from McDonald’s and were of similar quality. Would choose most other places over this location. Whole family had similar review of their food items. Workers were polite (that’s why they got 2 stars).

Terrible experience!!! They messed up my order 2x in a row. Ask for NO MAYO & guess what: I got lots of Mayo on both sides… Returned it to them and asked nicely if they could ad & onions. They told me sure… Yet again there were No onions or . When I asked them what happened, they told me they would have to charge me for the extras… Never eating there ever again! Their fries were a mess!!! Some were super hard (probably super old refried) and the rest was super greasy and undercooked.rest was super greasy

I gave Rainbows 1 star. I made special trip to buy a slush float and it wasn’t even open at 10am like the site says. Figure I give chance waited patiently to 10:40am and still not open with 1 male and 2 female workers drinking STARBUCKS and leaning against counter talking while customers came and left cause was closed on the date of 10/16/2020. I was forced to go to BURGERKING to buy any food to eat. After waiting 30 minutes for pearlridge to open the doors I still never get my slush float or breakfast from Rainbows Wai Makai. If I could give it 1/4 star I would give it that rating only cause of workers careless dedication to the business and customers.
