They always use fresh oil at this location. Fries are usually fresh. Staff is very friendly. I go here often as I get coupons in mailers. Def a must for parents of fast food eaters.

Meat didn’t taste flame grilled, more like microwave and rubbery, further more the sandwich was dry like they were trying to save a few cents to skimp sauce or save time not to refill ingredients… Next the menu in the drive through only shows combo items, only two out of three of their menu boards were working which didn’t allow the customers to see the complete menu. The food was warm, not hot but was given in seconds which tells me not fresh, soggy bun, overpriced. The drive through person wasn’t able to hear me well, communication equipment must be in need if repair, the lady who spoke to me was very hard to communicate with due to language barrier. Overall poor experience probably due to bad management.

I came here for lunch and decided to go inside to order since the drive through line was super long and backing up into the street. After waiting for ten minutes the cashier finally took orders, mind your there was a long line inside the restaurant as well. I ordered a whopper meal (large) and a large order of cheese sticks. The cashier failed to give me my drink and when finally given my order she hands me a medium size plastic cup that’s for the icy drinks not the paper cups instead of the large. When asked she stated that the large is no longer a large and that it’s now a super large. The customers behind me were handed the standard large cups. I asked them which size did they ordered and they said large. I asked another employee if that was in fact true and he stated they ran out of large cups so they gave me the medium cup instead. He ended up giving me the “extra large” cup. Added to the frustration the cashier failed to give me any ketchup and sauce for the cheese sticks. When I got home I found my whopper made super sloppy and my cheese sticks were dried up as if they’ve been sitting there for hours. Unfortunately this once good location has gone down the drain. Poor customer service and bad attitude. I will not be coming back here. I do not recommend anyone going here.

We ate outside in the car. Luke warm burgers with so much mustard and ketchup and chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich had total brown old lettuce… had to throw it out…Asked for hot onion rings and yes he made them but he threw the fresh hot onions rings into the warmer bin with the colder ones… so not ok. Who does that. Just took my food and left. So disappointed. Waste of time.

Had some chicken burgers, ice-cream and a kid’s meal. We enjoyed a quiet Sunday brunch meal here. The place was clean, busy yet calm and the service was quick. The staff was friendly. The taste of the food is average. One good thing about this place is that the fries they serve are lightly seasoned and hence, not too salty, unlike their competitor – “Mc….”, which I really liked.

This was the best messed up order. I had taken off the mayo and ketchup, but added mustard. They somehow got it chabged and added BBQ sauce too. It was definitely a surprise, but tasted good. So I had no reason to complain. Thanks for the error, I’ll order it again.
