I was incredibly dissatisfied with my order through Postmates today. From the way that my pizza was cut to the dry texture, I felt so disappointed. How do you mess up a 10 in pepperoni pizza this badly? My pizza looked frankensteined together with cheese melted over the spaces. This feels like a messed up joke. There is nothing one could say to justify sending a product out that looks like this, but it was someone’s conscious decision to have me pay money for a pizza that looks like it was sliced by a child. I’m genuinely appalled. I will not order from here again, lesson learned.

I went to Papa Johns a couple of days ago for my annual dose of junk food. (This is a very special moment for me because I never eat junk food only once a year and this year it was Papa Johns). Anyways, once I stepped into the establishment my nose quickly filled up from the fresh, savory and delicious pizza baking in the back. I quickly greeted by the cashier and he took my order. He also did tell me the specials (thankfully). Since is a fast food place I try to stay away from vegetables and any pizza’s with eggs so, the Spinach Pizza and the Coddled Egg Toasted pizza sandwich was a big no, no. Of course, I still wanted my veggies so I brought them from home in advance. Once I got my pizza I quickly opened the box and started placing the veggies on the pizza. I noticed a shadow behind me since I was sitting outside and all of a sudden I saw the Papa John’s cashier standing behind me waiting to pounce at my for bringing my veggies. He quickly started choking me and grabbing my neck. I started yelling for help when the Manager quickly separated the employee’s hands from my neck. I started hyperventilating and the police were quickly called. I later pressed charges the following week. The criminal was charged 3,000 for all expenses and damage done to me (including physiological damage.) Bottom line is, I will never come back to this location again.

Refused to take our order over the phone stating that “Restaurant will be closing soon”. I mentioned that it was still over one hour until the scheduled close time, they proceeded to place me on hold and than hang up moments later. Did not pick up the phone after that.

Never again! Pizza was poorly made, I ordered a small veggie, the toppings were literally thrown on top, way too many. I had to put it in the oven when I got home. The young man working went from handling dough to using the register. First and last time at this location. I should have checked the reviews.

Door dash delivery driver left our pizza on the ground outside our door. No knock, no doorbell, nothing. We were home. And it was quiet inside. No way we would have missed it. Pretty good pizza but we won’t be ordering from here again. They have chosen to give up control of this important element of service. For the price of pizza they should be able to pay a driver to do their job right.

It was 10:30, and my request was rejected while I was in the store. The employee told me that it is only possible to order by delivery. The request was made by phone and payment by card. I waited for the request for more than an hour. When I tried to contact them again and again, they did not answer me, and now I am still waiting. I am very hungry, so please ask the management to review these events, adhere to deadlines, and meet customer requests

Terrible. Placed an order at 5:30 and ETA said 55 mins. Well, it’s now almost 7:30…2 hours later! My kids are starving and the pizza is still showing as “being prepared”. And they won’t even answer the phones. Ridiculous. Had I known it would take this long, i would’ve ordered from a different place. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be held captive and starving.
