I meant to write this as soon as we left on Saturday morning, but I got sidetracked and forgot. La Garita is an adorable little place with excellent food and service. Best guava danish/pastry ever. So fresh!!!! And the sandwiches are massive – they are not stingy with the meat!! My fiance and I both ordered sandwiches, and we could only finish half of them. One would have been plenty for the both of us! Also, the pizza empanada was so incredibly delicious!!!! Amazing prices for the amount of food you get, and the people were so very friendly and welcoming, just a great experience all the way around. We will definitely be returning!!! Highly recommended!!! 100 A+++

For anyone wanting a little piece of Puerto Rico , then this is the place for you. The food, the pastries, and the bread. All authentic and amazing.The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I live a little over an hour and 20 minutes away and I will keep drivn all the way there a little bit of home. Brings a tear to.my eye. WEPA!!!

A hidden gem in Columbus! If you love authentic food this mom & pop Puerto Rican restaurant is it! The chefs are the owner’s mother and his daughter. Cheap prices as well. Two empanadas were around $5.

My wife is Puerto Rican and she got me hooked on the food. This place is the best. We even ordered our Christmas dinner last year. Someone posted that you don’t get enough food for your money’s worth. Well, I am 270 lbs and I can never finish my food. I always take half of it home. But you always have those people who want quality home cooked meal and want to pay McDonald’s happy meal price. Trust me, you get awesome quality food for a very reasonable price. Thank y’all!
