I’ve been to this location a few times for my client, always the same no matter who’s working the drive thru, they are super nice, always get my order right. It’s a bit of a wait but definitely well worth the hot food, and customer service I give them 15 stars

The lady that aggressively put her hand inside my bag of food as she was trying to explain something pointless, she also refused to give me her manager’s name and she also refused to give me her name and she does not have a name tag on. She also raised her voice at me in front of customers I remain calm and told her that she does not need to speak to me with such aggressive or disrespectful terms that she chose to use as she was speaking to me. My issue was not with her to begin with but now my issue is with her as well because she does not want to give me her name either. I am number 939 at 7:14 p.m. this took place between about 7:18 and 7:20 p.m.
