I ordered the Cajun dry rub wings and the Big New Yorker Pepperoni pizza. Everything was AMAZING!! The wings were hands the best I’ve ever gotten from there! Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be getting my wings from here on out!! Thank you for making supper extra good.

Somewhat undercooked thin crust. Not sliced thru and we had plastic utensils. Too cold, we found a warmer booth. Server was nice, responsive. Not like the pizza hut I’m used to visiting in VA. Likely Would not go here again if we come to Newport.

Ordered a pizzas and they failed to make my order correctly. They didn’t have one ingredient so they left off multiple ingredients. Didn’t contact me to let me know. Waited until I got there and only said something when I complained. Ridiculous.

Went here and ordered $35.00 and tipped 20% on a carry out order. They forgot the wings and charged me. I thought the pizza tasted weird and tried another slice, the same weird chemical taste. Four hours later, I was throwing up and had diarrhea for 24 hours because my body literally would not let me digest this food. Tried calling the store 4 times to talk to a manager and tried complaining through the Pizza Hut app, but couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I then called corporate to get my refund, and three business days later, still no refund that was promised to me. So, now I’ve been on hold yet again for now twenty minutes again and we we will see if they speak to me… so if you like getting ripped off, inedible food, getting food poisoning and horrible customer service, this is the place for you. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and understand mistakes happen, but this is ridiculous. Not only am I cheated with the order, I also missed a days work for treating myself to this place, which was the only thing I had to eat all day. Thanks, Pizza Hut.

Stopped in for dinner on Wednesday evening. Thought we’d get waitresses or a waiter but was told we order at the counter and they’d bring it to us. No big deal. We ordered a large meat lovers pizza and I’ve got to tell you… this was the best Pizza Hut pizza we’ve had anywhere, hands down.

I have ALWAYS loved Pizza Hut but this was the worst meal I’ve ever had at any pizza hut in my life. The lunch buffet was pathetic. The salad bar had no choices and rotten cheese. There was no service. They rang you up at the door. Handed you to go cups full of soda. They didn’t even serve sweet tea and charged us almost $40 for two lunch buffets with basically 4 thin pizzas. Some dried out hard as a rock bread Stix I couldn’t even chew and a pan of dried out pasta. I will NEVER go back and I’m urging you not to.

Ordered a thin pizza, got a hand tossed. Employee lied to me and told me I had ordered a thick pizza. After looking closer at the receipt I saw that it did indeed indicated a “thin” pizza. I called him on the lie, however, he kept trying to gaslight me telling me it was a hot, puffy crust. This was the 2nd pizza of the day I ordered and it was definitely a hand tossed pizza. Only after I mentioned that fact did he offer to remake the pizza.
