Had a great experience here. This was our 2nd time and we were looking forward to coming again! We ordered the Chicken Adobo Sandwich with Egg, Spicy Pork Adobo Fries, Boxed Belly Plate and a Chicken Adobo Taco – all of which were great tasting. The only caveat was the size of the Chicken Adobe Taco. For $3, the size seemed a little small for the portion. Not bad overall. Would recommend for anyone interested in Filipino food!

Had the spicy pork fries. Pretty good, although the fries were a tad overdone. Inside the New Haven Market place, so not the best atmosphere. They need AC inside that dump of a place. It was actually cooler in the shade outside….

Our family saw this place on Diners Drive-ins and Dives. We were very excited to try. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We went for Sunday dinner. The food court was very busy and most places had multiple employees. This place had ONE guy taking orders out front and cooking in back. It took over twenty minutes to get an order of fries and a sandwich. Then when we finally got them we were again disappointed. The spicy pork grilled cheese was partly untoasted, and partly burnt(see photo). I don’t think any butter was used to grill it. The flavor was lacking. It was bland. The pork adobo on the fries was very average, nothing special. Overall, the fries were not near as good and way smaller than the carne asada fries and chile verde fries of good Mexican takeout.

Finally got to try this place out and it was so good. I ordered the pork belly grilled cheese and my wife ordered the spicy pork. Mine was great and my wife can’t stop talking about her sandwich. Days later she wants to go back and get it again. If that’s not the mark of a great meal, I don’t know what is. I’d be glad to come back and try something else next time.

They have a lot of items on their menu, but my go to is the lumpia and spicy pork tacos. I also ordered the short rib taco. I really enjoy Filipino food, and plan to revisit to try more dishes.

Wow this place is Amazing with so many options to choose from all around I picked this one and I was not disappointed at all, and Guy Fieri is on the wall so to me that says a lot! So I ordered the belly fries, spicy pork bowl and lumpia with the help of a friendly staff member named Crystal whom was very polite and hepful, thank you! And complements to the chef! The fries where delicious I loved the presentation looks are always appealing and it was delicious I recommend this plate for sure! The spicy pork was good as well but I’m not a spicy lover tho. Lumpia was delicious with the sweet and sour sauce purrr!

We were really looking forward to eating here but the food was just ok. Some dishes were better than others. Adobo meat on my fries and bowl was like shredded beef.

Didn’t want pork belly so opted for pork adobo fries. Nice idea but very weak flavor. Service people nice & helpful. There are better choices at Haven City Market though

I was excited to find a place that had Filipino food. I really enjoyed the lumpia and the pork adobo rice bowl, although I wish that the rice bowl had more adobo gravy. But overall, the food that I ordered was good.
