Tonight was my last order through UberEats from Rib Crib on S Glenstone. The last few times I’ve ordered, I received Ribs that were completely overcooked and inedible. I gave them one last try tonight and even called after I placed my order through UberEats and asked specifically for Ribs that were not overcooked. Ashley, who answered the phone, said they would do their best to make it right. Well of course, they didn’t! Same deal as last time, overcooked Ribs! I called the restaurant back after receiving my order and spoke with the Manager on duty, Breanna. Her demeanor and tone when she replied to my complaint left me with the impression she could care less about the Restaurant’s pattern of sending out overcooked ribs…. her apology was very disingenuous and she hung up the phone before I had finished speaking with her. I will not be spending my money at this restaurant any longer! UberEats has been good to provide at least a partial refund, however, it is not their fault that this Restaurant is providing poor food service! Photo 1 is from 5/03/23 and photo 2 is from 5/15/23.

First time there we got the$10.99 loaded potato skins appetizer it was a meal for 2 in it’s self. And a good thing cause we split a $16.00 dinner it wouldn’t have filled up my Chihuahua. But do get the potatoe skins lots of cheese and pulled pork , it was good and worth the price!

Ordered from here tonight from a delivery app I got half of the order and when I called to make a complaint I was told to give them my number and the manager would get back to me in about 2 hours I said that wasn’t good for me and the manager came on the phone and offered $10 credit back on a $30 order. Her excuse was she was busy and her employees where new. The food that was brought was terrible and I would suggest to anyone thinking about trying this place to go somewhere else

We’ve been going to Rib Crib for years, but this was our first visit to S. Glenstone. We arrived at straight up noon and they were only a few customers dining. It was obvious they weren’t fully staffed. The chicken nachos were wonderful. The ribs were juicy and tender, but barely warm, as were the sides. Brooke our waitress was the highlight of the visit, she did a great job!

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Management was very rude and disrespectful. Food was the worst that I’ve ever had at a RibCrib location. I have pictures of the food that was brought out to me and I questioned it at time to my waitress and she did nothing about it. She said Sorry it’s the last of the ribs we have for the night and it was only 7pm. Very disappointed is all I can say

waitress was very busy and only checked on us twice. Veteran friendly establishment. tables were clean, and the food was portioned perfectly so as not to have much leftovers. I will visit this place again. only has 2 handicapped ♿️ parking spaces.

Incredible ribs!! This place is amazing. First time eating Rib Crib in 30 years. I am stumped by the established date. Says 1992 however I remember eating at one in 1989 in Lamb and Lantern Village in St Louis.

Food is great, but be careful about accidentally leaving one of your belongings at the table, as there’s no lost & found and they’ll throw your stuff deep into the trash when they clean up the tables.
