As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went through the drive-through to get a chicken bite box barbecued ask him to put the barbecue sauce on the chicken bites didn’t happen. No barbecue sauce in the box even asked the lady at the counter. If that’s what they did and she said yes terrible service.

One of the employees gave us food that someone who doesn’t even work there touched our food, when we left and got our food after over 10 minutes of waiting on the food, didn’t even tell us where to park just said go park somewhere, Thank god the guy told us when we pulled away, we would’ve ate that food if it wasn’t for him. Giving two stars because the manager handled it well. Don’t come where they don’t care about other peoples safety obviously.

Went to get food for my employees about 11 30 am. 1 person was in front of me and I placed my order, get to the window to be told you don’t do slashes it was ok but I also had a shake, they told me to pull by a sign and they would bring it out. I tried calling 3x with no answer as my employees shake is melting and I go back in line and she rudely comes to my car, I have 2 in front an 2 behind me an says this takes 7 minutes, I waited 11, could you have warned me!

My girlfriend loves it and wants to go there fairly frequently when she wants fast food Burger meal. I’ve had it, I usually don’t even order, and let her have her way. She loves it, and I can take it or leave it. Moderately priced, take out only. Drive through or order at the window. Patio seating. Across the street from Rock Island Hy-Vee. Plenty of other fast food places nearby.
