The quesabirria tacos (beef, not goat) are so flavorful and filling. My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach when I ordered 3 of them. I loved the salsa especially because it’s homemade and fresh!

Ate here a while ago and can’t wait to go back! My tamales were delicious both for that lunch and leftovers. It was my first time ordering at this restaurant, and as an autistic person I was surprised but delighted that someone I assume was the owner immediately greeted me warmly and began explaining the menu in a way I could understand. I usually have lots of trouble choosing, but they understood my texture needs and directed me to a meal I’d love. Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic spot, serving up some fantastic Cali style street tacos and burritos, plus some absolutely classic tamales and birria. I’ve been really impressed by how much flavor is packed in the food considering how quickly it’s put together and comes out. Definitely worth checking out over some of the other fast/casual Mexican spots in town.

My daughter loves baria tacos and she heard this place had them so she made me go get some. I’m glad she did. Best Mexican food in the valley. The guy behind the counter , which I’m sure is the owner, is super nice. He is usually by himself but I promise you the little wait for the food is worth it. My new favorite restaurant.

My family and I took a drive from Texas to Colorado to visit family. The highlight of food on our trip was this place. You MUST stop by if you are in town. Tamales and tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had. I give it three thumbs up.

I would move to La Junta for this food. It was authentic and hands down the best smothered burrito and shredded beef tacos we have ever had. Chef Mario was very kind and went above and beyond with service.

Even after having spent months at a time in Mexico in years gone by, this tiny restaurant had the BEST food we have ever eaten…bar none! Their menu is extensive and the food is fresh. It is primarily carry out, but we sat at the one tiny table with 2 chairs available, and enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal. Even though it is located more than an hour away, we will certainly go back again.
