Pizza was under cooked and very light on toppings. It should be very difficult to mess up a Pizza But Pizza. The company has spent a lot of money and time on perfecting a plan to consistently produce a out standing pizza and this establishment has gone out of its way to ignore that process and make a $16 pizza that was not worth $6! I like Pizza Hut just can not recommend this establishment!

Terrible service, “manager” could’ve cared less if I was properly taken care of. Placed a phone order 20 min before arriving only to arrive n find out my order wasnt placed at all. I tried to place the same order but they told me that coupon didn’t apply, even though it applied over the phone and has other times I’ve used it. I had to find it on there app and even though it didn’t say online only I still had to reorder in there lobby online. As l waited for my pizzas the “manager” never apologized for the mix up or even acknowledged me but rather spent her down time talking to someone about their hair n how she had to cut hers off due to bad energy. We’ll, I can tell you she definitely missed some because I felt it .. wouldn’t recommend this pizza hut at all unless u wanna deal with people at a store run by someone who could care less if your order is fulfilled or not . I will say the young lady’s at the front were nice though, not there fault as they deferred to the “manager”..

We ordered from here several months ago, we ordered from a delivery app, and apparently the driver never showed, we called PH and the manager on duty personally delivered our order after a botched attempt ordering from a delivery app, it was a late night munchies run, took 2 hours to get our order , but it was worth the wait, I never experience an issue when I visit. Thank you for the awesome food and service.

I wasn’t feeling very good so my boyfriend surprised me with pizza hut to cheer me up. Instead of 8 chicken wings I got a hand full of bread crumbs, dipped in the wrong sauce, from a rude driver. I’m really disappointed, we ordered from here all the time for a long time but this is the last time.

I usually never have a problem from this pizza hut..on the contrary we have absolutely loved ordering here with no problems until 7/18/17. When Quanisha made an error on my pizza and when I asked to speak to the manager she gave the phone to Juliette who immediately went in on me about making it quite clear what I want on my pizza. I explained that when going over the BBQ pizza options Quanisha mentioned that there was one with bacon, at that point I said no I just want chicken. Then Juliette begins to cut me off in mid explanation saying “What do you want, store credit or another pizza”. And the I began to tell her that her tone is aggressive and she then says ” I’ m not yelling”. That’s funny because I never said she was yelling. I don’t know if it was just a bad night for them but now the wrong pizza and nasty attitude displayed by Juliette have left me wondering if the store credit is something I even want to be bothered with. At this Pizza Hut the customer is not right and you get “Yelled” if you bother to call about your incorrect order. Pizza Hut Lover’s Beware! And for the General Manger I ask that you pull the call and listen for yourself!!!!! Below is my BBQ Chicken Pizza I ordered that clearly has bacon after I clearly said “No, just chicken”.
