Hidden gem of Green alert. We have always talked about going here and am so happy we finally did. The waitress was amazing and very helpful. The chef in the back should probably be in a big fancy restaurant with how great the food is. The meatball casserole is outstanding. The chef from twisted olive should actually visit and learn how to make meatballs and sauce from this chef. Best meatballs I have had almost 20 years. The pizza is thin crust, has great chew, not overcooked, well topped, and it is very hard to find a great thin crust pizza except in New York. I would say this is easily one of the top 5 pizza places in summit county and you never would know until you try it.

Hidden gem!!! Food options are good. But the quality is great. Can’t go wrong with any of the pizzas! Rest of the table ordered salads and meatball subs, everyone was very happy. Only reason I cannot give 5 stars, the bourbon pours are way over priced. I assume most of the other spirits would follow suit. $25 for a 2oz pour of Wild Turkey rare breed, this is a $50 bottle that can be found any day at any liquor store. Must say, for touting themselves as a “bourbon” bar they need to get in touch with their pricing here. Otherwise love the chill atmosphere and will definitely be back. Just going to pre-game prior as a “bourbon guy” , it just doesn’t make sense.

We ordered 7 different pizzas including the S’mores dessert pizza for our staff lunch. We also ordered garlic knots and they were amazing. Everyone really enjoyed the food. All the pizzas were very good. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. The owner opened several hours earlier than usual for us and that was very nice. I highly recommend Papa’s Brick oven!!!

Great atmosphere, great service and great food. We had the eggplant caprese stack, a salad and pepperoni pizza, all delicious! Deducting one star because the craft beer is very pricey compared to other establishments. ($8 and $8.75!)
