Great service by the cashier. She was polite and the order came up quickly. Inside of the dining area was super clean. I was impressed. There are some new additions to the area which makes the entire Dunkin experience memorable. I especially noticed there is a conference room that can be reserved and rented for things like small business meetings, and also for recreational meetings like wedding planning and educational consulting or volunteer staff meetings. WiFi is free (as usual) and is also available.

I waited to be served for like 5+ minutes when there was no one in the store besides 2 customers that were already served. It was very slow. Then when I finally got the food I had gotten the wrong item and amount and had to call over someone to fix it. It’s like where I’m standing at the counter they can’t me. The food was good though. I just think they need more customer service. I work in food myself so I know how the service should work.

Despite a long drive-thru line and line inside service was fast, friendly, and correct. The servers were cheerful and polite. Morning rush or afternoon refresh. And they have a full Ice cream store next door with a huge option of delicious favors.

It’s a great Dunkin during the day but whoever you have working afternoons, the boy with the dreads, is DREADFUL! I put in a simple order and of course he moans aloud and complains! No matter what me and my girlfriend order there he consistently has an attitude and purposefully messes up my order. And the fact that I witnessed him giving his girlfriend or whoever that was food for free is ludicrous! I don’t want to take bread out of a fellow brothers mouth but don’t work food service if you DONT LIKE IT.

Been going here for two months no issues and if there was one they fixed everyone is nice & friendly except the New Store manager… i kid you not i had the cops called and banned from the store cause i asked for my signature iced latte to be butterpecan and i was advised i couldnt and i did elevate my voice and was told to never come because i yelled at the store manager over flavor she called the cops and had me trespassed and the cop told me they couldnt change the flavor because the drink did not exist and it would of been a price change cause the flavor

This is my Go To place for breakfast every other day. My breakfast of choice is the 2 for $5 bacon, egg, cheese, and croissant and a medium sweet tea. The cashier knows my order and have my food just right. The male drive through announcer always tries to up Sale every order with a side of hash browns. I never get the hash browns but I understand that’s his job and he’s good at it. Keep up the good work Dunkin. Please keep that promotion going.

I ordered a medium coolada vanilla flavor. I was given an iced coffee instead. I returned it. Upset, the manager replaces it with a terrible sugary milked ice. I will never come back to this restaurant again.
